SYDNEY -(Dow Jones)- Ahead of announcing details on a planned carbon pricing scheme, Australia’s government on Friday said it will establish a new A$3.2 billion renewable energy agency designed to bolster efforts to push the country away from its reliance on coal-fired electricity.
